How We Charge

Every feature in the application uses credits which are purchased in the application and can be bought as you go or in advance as part of a discount credit package.

Different features use differing amounts of credits depending upon the size of the question being asked, the complexity of the response returned and other factors such as system usage and technical indexing requirements based on the size of the uploaded documents and the amount of data the system needs to use in generating an accurate response.

For example, when using the Virtual Associate feature, the longer the question and the more complicated the response knowledge requirement, the more credits will be used.

A simple question such as, “What witnesses testified during the 3rd day of the trial?” will use substantially less credits than for example, “Draft several key paragraphs for a motion to dismiss based on the testimony of the Defense’s expert.”

The amount of credits that are being used across the entire Account can be viewed by navigating to the Settings page in the application.

To purchase more credits, go to Settings | Billing & Plan and follow the simple prompts to purchase additional credits.
