Specifying limitations and qualifications when asking questions garners more detailed responses.
When interacting with the Virtual Associate, the best way to ask questions is to be specific and offer some background information.
For example, to limit information to a certain witness or person in the discovery record, simply use that information when asking the Virtual Associate a question.
The more information you include in the question, the more focused the response.
Also, it is helpful to include the form of the response being sought. For example, asking the Virtual Associate to, “create a numbered list” or “a summary using language a 5th grader would understand”.
